- To establish a model, ideal, International standard and state of are Eye Bank in East Godavari District.
- To Propagate the need to donate the eyes after death for transplantation to the persons suffering from corneal blindness.
- To create the infrastructure and the facilities to harvest the donor eye preserve and help to conduct the grafting operation to the recipient.
- Make available equality donor cornea for trained corneal surgeons
- To organized workshops related to corneal blindness and other eye care related services.
- To promote research on eye care and other related services.
- Take care of their health related services.
